Fìkh Madra Rěg (/ˈmadra/ /rɛg/ [loud; noisy] [resident]) is a subtropical Large Town located in Qüeōtktöl Parish, Yăvajĭkǐkh District, within the Federation of Alveria.

The name Fìkh Madra Rěg is derived from the Constructi language, as Fìkh Madra Rěg was founded by Ieuan Dyêbrgfëm, who was culturaly Constructi.
